Alexforbes wrote an article to urge young professionals to start saving for retirement early and use the power of compound interest. According to the 2021 Alexforbes Member Insights publication, 65% of members aged between 20 and 30 are expected live on less than 60% of their final salary when they retire, because they have not saved enough. It also took the opportunity to promote its newly launched My Money Matters portal that offers members guided access to educational content, to help them understand their retirement fund benefits and make better financial decisions.
